Blue cheese stuffed hamburgers

- 500 g minced meat
- 180 g blue cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 5 brioche buns
Optional extra
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Blue cheese dressing
Take out 500 g minced meat and let it come to room temperature.
Chop 1 onion.
Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion and 1 egg.
Slice 180 g blue cheese in five equal pieces.
Form ten thin hamburger patties of 50g each.
Put one pieces of blue cheese on each hamburger patty and cover with mince meat.
Add 1 tbsp cooking oil to a hot pan and cook your hamburger patties for about five minutes on each side, press down with your spatula to make them flatter.
If you are unsure if they are cooked all the way through, put the patties in a hot oven for a few minutes.
Toast 5 brioche buns in a hot, dry pan.
Dress your blue cheese stuffed hamburger with any optional extras you like, such as Lettuce, Cucumber and Blue cheese dressing.
