Apple cinnamon
2large apples
1tbspbutter
1tspcinnamon
1tspbrown sugar
Crumble mix
25goats

40gflour
Cream
300mlWhipping cream
1tspvanilla sugar
Instructions
Cut apples into smaller pieces. See tips below on peeling apples.
Fry with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until softened. Set aside to cool.
Mix oats, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
Roughly chop pecans. Add to oats bowl.
Pinch together butter and flour to make a crumbly dough.
Spread the dough on a cookie sheet. If it sticks together to much, separate with your fingers, you want smallish crumbly pieces of dough.
Add the oats mix to the cookie sheet and mix all.
Bake in the oven at 175 °C/300 °F for 10-12 minutes.
Whisk cream and vanilla sugar loose.
Layer apples, crumble and whipped cream in a tall glass.
Garnish with a few apple pieces on top.
Notes
Tips: I prefer to not peel the apples, as it keeps the structure better if not peeled. But it is a preference.
