- 1 package puff pastry 280g
- 150 g butter softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
Take out the butter early to soften.
Set the oven to 180 °C (350 °F)
Unroll the puff pastry.
Cut the butter in to smaller pieces to help spread the butter.
Use a butter knife to spread the butter, covering the whole puff pastry sheet.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the puff pastry so that it covers the whole sheet.
Cut the pastry into desired shape and fold in half.
Egg wash the pastries before putting in the oven for 10 minutes.
