Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry 280g
  • 150 g butter softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Take out the butter early to soften.
  • Set the oven to 180 °C (350 °F)
  • Unroll the puff pastry.
  • Cut the butter in to smaller pieces to help spread the butter.
  • Use a butter knife to spread the butter, covering the whole puff pastry sheet.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the puff pastry so that it covers the whole sheet.
  • Cut the pastry into desired shape and fold in half.
  • Egg wash the pastries before putting in the oven for 10 minutes.
