Creamy Dijon mustard dressing

I use this Dijon mustard dressing as a dipping sauce to quorn chicken nuggets for example, when I do not feel like cooking. It is so easy to stick the nuggets in the oven and prepare the sauce while I wait for them.

Another use is for the dressing, is to make a quick pasta dish. Using this creamy dressing as a cold sauce, with a few halved plum tomatoes and a few salad leaves. Once the pasta is cooked, mix the dressing with the pasta, before adding the vegetables.

Substitutes

If you don’t like the taste of Dijon mustard then try the same recipe with a mustard of your choice. This dressing works really well with a sweet mustard as well.
