Make this super simple quick creamy sriracha dressing and use it on everything! And I am not even exaggerating. I use this simple dressing on everything from dipping in my pull apart pizza bread, to make a spicy tuna bowl or as hamburger sauce.
You know that I like a quick and versatile recipe and this creamy sriracha dressing is just that. It is so quick and easy to make, using ingredients that I already have in the fridge most days.
If you leave it over night, the flavours will merge more and the dressing will become a bit spicier. However if it gets too spicy, add another dollop of Greek yogurt and mix well.
Do you like things really spicy? Add more Sriracha, or a pinch of chili powder.
Substitutes
If you don’t have Greek yogurt at home, use any plain yogurt, creme fraiche or a vegan alternative. The only thing that will change is the consistency of your dressing and the taste a bit.
Where to use it
Lately I have used this 3-2-1 dressing to make Asian chicken wraps it adds a bit of creaminess to these wraps and marry well with the chicken and carrot salad.
Try this dressing next time you are looking to add a bit of creamy spiciness to your salad or pizza dipping sauce.
